Why We Started Vync Logistics
We started Vync Logistics because we kept seeing the same story: owner operators who were excellent drivers spending their evenings and weekends buried in rate confirmations, compliance files, IFTA spreadsheets, and unpaid invoices. The driving paid the bills; the paperwork was stealing the profit — and the time.
Big fleets solve this problem with entire departments: dispatchers, compliance officers, billing clerks. An owner operator has to be all of those people at once, usually from the cab of a moving truck. We built Vync Logistics to close that gap — a single team that handles dispatch, compliance, and cash flow the way an enterprise back office would, at a price a one-truck operation can justify.
Today we dispatch owner operators and small fleets across the country, from our home base in downtown Miami.

Our office is in the heart of downtown Miami at 25 SE 2nd Ave Suite 550, Miami, FL 33131. Florida freight is home turf for us — the ports, the produce seasons, the I-95 and I-75 corridors — but our dispatchers plan loads for owner operators in all 48 contiguous states, every day.
